However, the gas supply for the stove is the tenant’s responsibility (negligible cost). The apartment affords the tenant automatic gate entry and exit to the premises with secure indoor covered parking. Once inside the apartment one is totally cut off from what is happening outside and thus the occupant(s) will experience absolute privacy and serenity in this residential property and by extension the area.
The apartment has its own laundry facility, which is fitted with a washing machine and clothes dryer. One is also able to hang their clothes to dry as well as there is ample storage space in the laundry room.
The second bedroom can also be used as a home office as it is furnished with a double bed and study desk and has good shelving space. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, the use of which is at the tenant(s) discretion
