* Valid photo ID (National ID, driver’s permit, or passport)
* Job letters stating your position, salary, length of time employed and employment status for both parties
* Recent payslips and/or bank statements
* Children age 12 years plus
* Security deposit (1 month’s rent)
* Setting up a monthly standing order stamped by the bank- Compulsory
