IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Not suitable for children (exceptions may be considered—please inquire).
• Utilities are included in the rental price. For long term stays, generous electricity usage is covered up to a limit outlined in the lease. Usage beyond the allotted limit will be billed to the tenant.
